Coming aft is a roomy main salon with an L shaped dining area to starboard and a settee to port. There are lots of lockers throughout the vessel for storage. Brokers Comments The Irwin 38 centercockpit was an excellent design and offers a comfortable good sailing cruising platform. In an under 40 ft. centercockpit there are not many choices and none that offer the level of comfort and utility of the Irwin. With shoal draft, sloop rig and beamy design there is a lot of value and utility for the price. Come and see CHARLIE K. Present dock is availiable at the current owners home if needed.
